Why subscribe to forrealfoodie to help you prevent and reverse diabetes?

1. The forrealfoodie program teaches you how to transition to the whole food, plant-based
lifestyle, which is a proven and more natural way to prevent and reverse most all
chronic diseases.
2. Coach Kelly reversed her own pre-diabetes naturally, without medication.
3. The forrealfoodie program will both teach you what to do and WHY you are doing it,
providing context so you know specifically why you should and should not make certain
lifestyle adjustments.
4. On a weekly basis, the forrealfoodie program requires you to show that you are applying
what you are learning to hold you accountable.

What to expect from the forrealfoodie Live & Eat to Beat Diabetes program?

After Completing your Diabetes Questionnaire and Reviewing Your Let’s Get Started Guide:

  • You will receive 2 weekly emails:

    • Each Tuesday you’ll receive Coach Kelly’s Plays of the Week. This will include a variety of small bits of information to help you easily transition to and maintain the Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle to prevent and reverse diabetes. Plays of the week will also include recipes and your success stories.

    • Every Thursday you will receive a weekly questionnaire which will help me gauge your progress and your pain points.

  • You will receive 3 weekly texts

    • More information and helpful reminders will be sent via these weekly texts. At least one of these weekly texts will be used as an accountability tool. You’ll be asked to show or explain something specific regarding your transition to plant based living and eating.

  • Virtual Meetings each month.

    • ​Every 1 st and 3 rd Tuesday from 7:15p to 8:30p EST we will do a deep
      dive on particular health topics followed by a Q&A session with pre-
      submitted and on the spot questions.

Why should you seek to reverse and prevent Type 2 Diabetes?

Diabetes can lead to several complications over time, especially if blood sugar levels are not well controlled. These complications can affect various organs and systems in the body. Chronic, long-term complications can include cardiovascular disease, nerve damage, kidney disease, eye damage, foot complications, skin and oral health issues. As of 2024, over 800 million people worldwide are living with diabetes, more than quadrupling since 1990. The global prevalence of diabetes among adults has increased from 7% in 1990 to 14% in 2022. The
