This E-course and its videos, documents and other associated content (hereinafter inclusively referred to as “E-course”) has been produced by forrealfoodie™.  When you purchase our E-course, you agree to this Terms of Use and Liability Waiver.

 

All sales are final for online E-courses. No refunds are issued for online courses once a sale is completed.

By purchasing our E-course, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. forrealfoodie™ has sole right and discretion to determine whether to sell our E-course to any individual and may reject a purchase by any individual with or without explanation.

We will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement as found in our E-course, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) as found under United States law (17 USC. § 512).  If you believe any copyrights are infringed by our E-course, please provide us with a written notice via mail, fax, or email that contains the following information:

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at forrealfoodie™.

forrealfoodie will not accept returns or refunds on its online program and eBook.

Returns

If physical items delivered to you have arrived damaged or incorrect in size, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send a note via our website, www.forrealfoodie.com, notifying us of the damaged item needing return and we will give you further instruction on how to return the item to receive a replacement.

Refunds

No refunds will be given. 

Replacements will be provided no later than 30 days from receipt of the damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Shipping Method

We offer standard shipping.  For the forrealfoodie Basic and Premium packages, you will receive two deliveries:  1) T-shirt from Vista Printing and 2) other items which may include book, journal, and tape measure from Mintfulfill depending on the package.

All other items whether package or individual items - $8.99

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
